The celebration of 75 years of freedom triggered vfonds to renew its strategic course. Based on extensive desk research, multiple expert sessions and interviews with stakeholders, we have developed a new strategy in close collaboration with vfonds. The new strategy has been translated into a policy plan.

Asian museums and art collectors showed an increased need for the Van Gogh Museum’s expertise.
We have developed a policy plan for the Van Gogh Museum for a new international consultancy service, named ‘professional services’. As part of the assignment, we developed a tool that made the expertise of the van Gogh Museum transparent for future customers.
new curricula for vu university amsterdam
Low student satisfaction prompted the VU School of Business and Economics to thoroughly revise their bachelor and master curricula. Together with a working group of the VU, we developed 4 new bachelor and 12 new master curricula. We have translated the interests of the faculty, students, teachers, alumni and the professional field into curricula in the form of ‘roadmaps’.
The new curricula have led to a significant improvement in student satisfaction. The Econometrics program has even climbed from last place to a #1 rating in the universities guide.

The renewal and change of the discipline prompted the Industrial Design Engineering faculty to revise the bachelor’s curriculum.
We have developed a visual representation of the new field. We then developed a first version of the new curriculum, in which the new building blocks and the learning objectives were given a clear and logical place.

As two important initial partners withdrew from the Humanity House, the need arose for further professionalization and strengthening of fundraising.
Together with the Humanity House management team we designed a visual, showing the various objectives and related activities. It became a valuable tool for identifying shared interests with potential new partners and thus strengthening fundraising.

How do we ensure that we generate and use as much sustainable energy as possible, given the current limitations of our electricity network.
We have developed a ‘base visual’ for EXE, a subsidiary of Alliander, on which all parties that play a role in the generation, distribution and use of green electricity are mapped. By means of this ‘base visual’, the position and the added value of the energy concepts of EXE became clear and a starting point for innovation and improvement was created.

There is great pressure on clinical geriatricians. While they give shape and content to the new field, the number of elderly people is growing. We helped the association for clinical geriatrics NVKG to visualize and refine their new policy.
